This week has been busy with many programmes and events happening and at most of them people have left with a list of actions to achieve.  It’s always a question to ask – what will stop you achieving your actions and how will you get around these things? 

What do you do to make sure that you take the action you commit to?  For me its about having some additional support, from friends, family or coach.  Its always useful to know that someone else is also looking out for you to help you achieve your goal.

I am not sure I have achieved my goal of regular posts on the blog though….!
