It’s new year resolution time!  I don’t always make resolutions because I prefer to set goals for myself when its the right time for me to do it.  But its a good reason to think about what you want to achieve in the coming year.

Make sure you make your resolutions or goals exciting and motivating for yourself!  If you decide, I want to STOP smoking, then what will you focus on – the thing you do not want to do.  So make it more about feeling healthier or saving money or whatever works for you. 

I will make one resolution – to make sure I post messages on this blog at least twice a week.  Let’s see how long I stick to this one…..
