As a leader you need to know your strengths and weaknesses. If you are part of a small team its very useful to make sure that you do what you are great at, and find others to help you in the areas that are not your strength areas. 

I remember this was something that Marilyn Orcharton, founder of Denplan told me when I interviewed her for my book Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs.   She said one of the most difficult problems she had to solve was how to find someone with complementary skills to her own.
